PRACTICE TRANSITIONS After decades of caring for patients and building your practice, choosing the right transition partner matters. Steven Broughton, UW School of Dentistry ’97 and founder of privately owned Light Dental Studios, is seeking owner dentists in the Puget Sound region who are beginning to consider retirement or succession planning. With 30+ years of clinical and leadership experience and more than 50 successful practice transitions, Light Dental Studios helps owner doctors: -Preserve the culture and reputation they built -Take care of loyal staff and patients -Navigate a smooth, confidential transition -Maximize the value of their life’s work -Unlike many corporate buyers, Light Dental Studios remains privately owned and doctor-led, with a long-term commitment to local dentistry and patient care. Whether you’re planning for retirement in the next year or simply beginning to explore options, we’d welcome a confidential conversation. We are not a brokerage firm and do not charge a fee. Feel free to email drb@lightdentalstudios.com or call/text my cell 253-686-6642. |
